The distinct residential neighborhoods of Tustin Legacy range from flats to townhomes and detached homes.
With a full 1,600-acres of land, the grand new community of Tustin Legacy makes room for thousands of homes, schools, businesses, a research park and shopping. Eventually plans call for more than 4,000 residences and millions of square feet of commercial and other development to grace the community, currently under construction on the site of a former Marine Corps Air Station in Tustin.
The distinct residential neighborhoods of Tustin Legacy range from flats to townhomes and detached homes, some of which are still under development. Construction first began in the mid 2000s, with neighborhoods offering up such added amenities as playgrounds, swimming pools and basketball courts.
Some of the homes of Tustin Legacy offer easy access to local parks too, including space for basketball, bocce ball and recreational paths. As well, you’ll find homes within walking distance of The District shopping center, and a short distance from the businesses and restaurants of the newly opened Village at Tustin Legacy.
Younger students in this planned community attend classes in the newly constructed Heritage Elementary School, just one of many schools making up the prestigious Tustin Unified School District. An Advanced Technology & Education Park also sits in the community, focused on strengthening workforce training in Orange County.
